By accessing or using the Inject NY website (injectny.com) and/or receiving services at our practice, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Inject NY provides non-surgical aesthetic treatments including, but not limited to neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, and chemical peels. All services are performed by trained and qualified aesthetic injectors.
Consultations & Appointments
Booking
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by email. A consultation is required prior to receiving any treatment for the first time.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in a fee of $100 for Botox and Filler services and a $50 fee for Weight Loss and Wellness appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure adequate time for your treatment and the safety of all clients.
Payments and Refunds
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at our practice.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Refunds
Due to the nature of aesthetic services, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments. If you have concerns about your results, please contact us within 14 days of your treatment and we will work with you to address them.
Gift Cards & Packages
Gift cards and prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. They must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Treatment Results
Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Inject NY makes no warranties or representations regarding specific outcomes. Before and after photos displayed on our website are of actual clients and are shown for illustrative purposes only — individual outcomes may differ.
Medical History & Consent
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history information prior to treatment. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, or allergies may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment. You will be asked to sign an informed consent form before any procedure is performed.
