Monica is the Founder and CEO of Inject NY, bringing over 16 years of experience as an ICU Registered Nurse and advanced expertise as a Certified Injector. Known for her precision, artistry, and discerning eye, Monica delivers refined, natural-looking results tailored to each individual.
She received her aesthetic training at Adora Academy, a premier institution in aesthetic medicine, where she trained under the guidance of nationally recognized injector Heather Zade, NP. Monica has further elevated her skillset through advanced trainings with esteemed industry leaders Shelby Miller and Natalie Page.
Monica’s philosophy centers on enhancing each client’s natural beauty through bespoke treatment plans designed with intention, balance, and harmony. Her background in critical care nursing informs her meticulous approach, with an unwavering commitment to safety, precision, and excellence.

Hayley Wynants, FNP-BC
Co-CEO & Owner - Nurse Practitioner
Hayley Wynants, Co-CEO and Owner, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in both clinical excellence and aesthetic medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Utica, NY, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY.
With extensive experience as a critical care Registered Nurse, experienced Nurse Practitioner and advanced trained aesthetic injector, Hayley brings a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to every treatment. Her clinical background allows her to prioritize safety, precision, and individualized care, ensuring each client receives thoughtful and expertly delivered results.

Christina Kerr, FNP
Nurse Practitioner - Certified Injector
Christina Kerr brings nearly 20 years of experience in critical care and emergency nursing and is a certified aesthetic injector known for her patient-centered approach and attention to detail. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Utica, NY, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Maria College in Albany, NY.
With an extensive background in emergency and acute care medicine, Christina combines advanced clinical knowledge with a passion for aesthetic medicine to deliver safe, personalized, and natural-looking results. Her calm, compassionate approach helps clients feel comfortable and confident throughout every step of their treatment experience.
